200 episode limit?

On my android phone (and kindle fire), I have version 1.8.2-2. When I click on Acquire, it says "Reached the limit of 200 episodes, consider enabling 200+ episodes in preferences." Under preferences, I put a check in enable 200+ episodes, but I still have 200 maximum for Acquire. I have refreshed, logged out and back in and also cleared data.

Any other ideas?

Can you tell me where I can enable to 200+ episodes?
