It was always going to be 8 episodes, but until the episodes appear on an official schedule they aren't allowed to be added to TVmaze. Four episodes have now aired and episodes 5 & 6 are scheduled to air on the 17th & 24th August these episodes are now listed on TVmaze and will sync through to here within the next hour.
For tv shows in Aus/NZ/UK normally when they start airing they air every week for the duration of the season, which means that when a show premieres and you know it has 6-8 episodes you can say with virtual certainty that if you add all those episodes to the schedule you will be correct even with having no source to back it up, unfortunately though what was happening on TVMaze was people were seeing a new season of a show like say The Big Bang Theory being ordered and were adding all 22 or 24 episodes to the site by simply guessing airdates creating an absolute mess as US shows takes lots of breaks over the course of the broadcasting season so because of this it was decided that you can only add episodes to the site that you have proof of airdates, which is why i can't add episodes 7 & 8 of Pulse to Tvmaze yet, even though there is a 99% they will air on the 31st August & 7th September.
Slightly off topic but i watch this show myself, I'm not normally into medical dramas, but was a fan of Claire van der Boom from her time in Rush and also of Andrea Demetriades from her time in Crownies. |
