[Request Name]
HTTPS - Show Me The Options
[Description]
I would like an HTTPS option. Similar to the gmail implementation with the default setting to off. In the Control Panel, Other Settings will display 'Browser Connection' that will can be set to 'Always use https' or 'Don't always use https.'
[Target URL]
Control Panel

I know this increase the cost and put more load on the server and since it's opt-in most everyone will use the default off setting reducing the increased server load only to individuals who really want this feature on. |

As far as I know you can only run one https site per server per ip.
As for server load its not to bad, but cost could get too high. _________________ Filter Settings

off on Shows unwatched
on off Shows unacquired

That's correct, but if you are only running a non-secure (http) site on that IP you can also have a https site there too. Also you can have as many secure sites as you have IP addresses. |
